In reply to your letter of March 18th (12144/1916), enclosing copy of a telegram to the Governor of Hong Kong with regard to the proposed shipment of antimony regulus to Messrs Vogelstein of New York, I am directed by the Minister of Munitions to enclose, for the information of Mr Secretary from Bonar Law, copy of a letter which has been received from the Foreign Office with regard to this firm.

I am to say that the Minister has communicated with the Commission Internationale de Ravitaillement as suggested by the Foreign Office, and that a further letter will be addressed to you when a reply from the Commission has been received.
